All jobs are customer, date and name sensitive. If the file is coming from an alternative source and separate from the initial request, make sure that they reference your job by name
(CUSTOMER/JOB/DATE). This insures that the art matches the job and does not get misplaced.

Do not have your designer upload the files without proper reference, or we may not be able to match them with your order.
